Mike installed a wireless garage door controller on our six year old opener, he took his time to find the right product for our door and made sure to install it properly and that it works perfectly. While he was here he also managed to tighten all the screws and lubricate all hinges and brackets, now the door works so quietly and smooth. Tony the technician came 45 min after I called in Thanksgiving day, I had a problem with the garage door opener and he immediately found out what was wrong, it was easy fix problem so he did not charge me for the repair. I highly recommend West Garage Doors and thanks a lot to Tony.
