Ron called back promptly after I filed a request for a quote through their contact us form and schedule me in for the day, he also called 10 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. When he arrive he examine the door and quickly diagnosed the problem, Ron spent about an hour fixing it, including replacing the springs and several other old parts and got the door back to life. His fee was very fair and reasonable and I’m so very pleased with the repair, it doesn’t get better than Ron.
