I backed home from work and my garage door spring was broken and I couldn’t open the door . I called West Garage Doors and the dispatcher answered the phone quickly and was told the technician will be at my house in the next hour. The springs were replaced professionally and the Ron the technician was very friendly. He gave me a quote for new opener because now I have old one but he didn’t pressure me to replace it. I will call them again for the next repair in the future.
