They were very professional and managed to schedule a technician for the next day morning. Jacob the technician showed up at 7AM to replace the broken spring, he was very fast and in just 30 minutes he was completely done, price was exactly as they had quoted me the night before over the phone and I am very pleased with their service, thanks guys!

I’m recommending West Garage Doors to any one, I used other company door company 3 years ago for roller replacement that should have lasted for min 7 years and they charged me around $400.
